Please send your notice to our designated DMCA agent at:

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 72 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

3 Notice Requirements

To be effective under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your infringement notice must include all of the following:

✅ Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification)
  3. Identification of the infringing material on our site — please provide the specific URL(s) of the content you believe infringes your copyright
  4. Your contact information — including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
Incomplete notices will not be processed. Notices that do not include all required elements as specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) will not be acted upon.

4 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to applicable law to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice Must Include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If the original claimant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the removed material.

5 Repeat Infringer Policy

DnD Stat Calculator maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is any user who has had content removed from our site due to copyright infringement on two or more occasions.

In cases of repeated or egregious infringement, we reserve the right to terminate access to our website without prior notice.

6 Warning: False DMCA Claims

⚠️ Important Legal Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Filing a false DMCA notice is a serious legal matter. Please ensure your claims are legitimate before submitting a notice.

We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent DMCA notice in bad faith.
